Melvin Gordon is shedding the Wisconsin "curse."

I am LOVING what Melvin Gordon is doing this season.

Now, we all know that curses in sports are nonsense, but when we've seen the NFL downfall of guys who tore it up for the University of Wisconsin before (ex. Ron Dayne, Montee Ball) it was hard not to assume it would happen again.

I mean, we all saw his touchdown-less rookie season, right?

But man, something has clicked in this dude, and he is running hard.

Through the first 8 weeks, he punched in 8 touchdowns on 572 rushing yards.

And as for Sunday afternoon?

Well, he went off for 196 and a touchdown.

I am excited for this young man's career to continue to blossom.
