Draymond Green's most unusual triple-double
Well, it's one for the books, folks.
Last night, Draymond Green became the first ever NBA player to post a triple-double without one of those statistics being in the points category.
He achieved it with 12 rebounds, 10 assists, and 10 steals- all while posting only 4 points.
Unrelated; in a weird week of basketball statistics, did anyone see the end of regulation team comparison in the Minnesota Gophers/Iowa Hawkeyes game?!
The game ended up going into double-overtime, but at the end of the 4th quarter, the teams were tied, and shared these statistics:
-Same fg %
-Same fg made
-Same fg attempted
-Same 3 point %
-Same 3 points made
-Same 3 points attempted
-Same FT%
-Same FT made
-Same FT attempted
-Same amount of turnovers
Insane statistics this week.
Was Mercury in gatorade? *ahem* Excuse me, retrograde?
